:Autonomous driving at the limits of handlingAbstract:
My research project focuses on the development of path tracking controllers for autonomous vehicles which are capable of keeping car's control while exploiting all the grip made available by the tyre-ground interaction. Such controllers are particularly useful in emergency scenario, as an obstacle avoidance manouvres, in which the automatic driver has to follow the road while avoiding collisions.
