The capacity to collect and analyze massive amounts of data has transformed socio-political phenomena understanding. In the literature, many conceptual frameworks were introduced to enhance the understanding of individuals and collectives. This study’s aim is to propose a dynamic conceptual framework that helps better interpret social and political events. Specifically, it investigates the effect of introducing time-aware entities to improve the analysis of evolving concepts. In this context, the focus of the study is to analyze events in the scope of what is being talked about in different available data platforms. Using the time-aware word embedding, a new approach to determine emergent entities and their relation to the other entities of the conceptual framework is introduced.
