The raise of MLOps: automated deployment and manteinance of machine learning applications

Abstract:
Machine Learning Operations aim to establish a set of practices to deploy and maintain machine learning models in production reliably and efficiently.
It is an approach that marries and automates ML model development and operations, aiming to accelerate the entire model life cycle process.
MLOps helps drive business value by fast-tracking the experimentation process, monitoring the development pipeline, and improving the quality of model production.

This thesis aims to provide an MLOps framework that i) automatically search machine learning configuration capable of providing competitive performance, ii) automatically recognizes failures in machine learning models, and iii) automatically repairs failures in machine learning models.
